Book tours/blitzes are not meant to harvest positive reviews, but to act as a method of promotional exposure. We encourage all types of posts, including, but not limited to interviews, guest posts, spotlights, and creative posts. Please be advised that not all participants will review the book being featured.
Payment in full is required via PayPal once an agreed upon service and date block is specified.
Author/Publisher must provide review copies (in .epub and .mobi formats) at least six weeks prior to tour kickoff.
Tour hosts may not post for reasons beyond our control. Storytellers On Tour is not held responsible when this occurs, but we do contact participants who fail to post to find a solution.
We have no control over the content that is posted. It is completely against our ethics to dictate how a tour host curates their personal content.
As our services are paid promotional services, we request our readers refrain from posting unfavorable/abrasive reviews during the duration of the tour. However, we do encourage particpants to present completely honest reviews, which may contain constructive criticism.
If the client chooses to cancel an event, a full refund will be provided up to four (4) weeks prior to the start of the scheduled event. If cancellation is requested within four (4) weeks of an event, a 75% refund may be issued.
If we are unable to meet minimum event requirements, there are two possible courses of action:
- Client will be offered an alternative event at a discounted price (partial refund), or
- A full refund will be issued to the client
